Stephanie D. Miller is senior vice president, deputy general counsel and corporate secretary. In this role she acts as corporate secretary, supporting the board of directors, and has legal responsibility for corporate legal matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, finance, compensation and benefits, real estate, and procurement.
Previously, Miller served US Foods as senior vice president, associate general counsel and corporate secretary where she had a similar legal role and was also responsible for their environmental, social and governance strategy. She joined US Foods from Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, where she served as corporate secretary and international general counsel based in the UK. Prior to that, she held legal roles at Baxter International and its spin-off Baxalta and started her legal career as a corporate associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston.
Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in history of art and architecture from Harvard and a juris doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School.
