Ms. Carruthers recently retired from her role as senior vice president, human resources at Boston Scientific, where she oversaw the company’s global human resources activities. She joined Boston Scientific in 2004 and was the vice president of global talent management and vice president, HR for the company’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Before joining Boston Scientific, Ms. Carruthers was vice president, HR for Europe for Cable & Wireless, a global telecommunications company. She also held various positions at Diageo and Tesco. Ms. Carruthers currently serves as a director at Envista Co.
Ms. Carruthers holds a Bachelor of Arts in modern languages from the University of Salford and is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
