Code of Conduct
Vantive’s Code of Conduct is our guide to ensuring we operate with ethics and integrity in our work. It defines the core principles that govern employee behavior and provides tools and resources to help our employees comply.
Vantive’s Code of Conduct applies to all entities in Vantive’s corporate structure, including all employees, officers and directors. All third parties working on behalf of Vantive, including suppliers, agents, contractors, and business partners, must also adhere to the principles set forth in this Code. Available in multiple languages, the Code builds on Vantive’s foundation of integrity.
Additionally, the Code requires prompt reporting of suspected or actual violations of our Code and policies, relevant laws, regulations, or industry codes, and prohibits retaliation against anyone for raising a concern or for participating in an investigation of potential misconduct.
